What to Expect
Couples sessions are 50 minutes, giving both partners ample time to share their perspectives. We'll begin by understanding your relationship history and current challenges, then work together to develop practical strategies for improvement.
Some couples come for short-term support around a specific issue, while others benefit from longer-term work on deeper patterns. We'll discuss what makes sense for your relationship during our initial consultation.
